Protection of personal data in the www.hombresgin.com e-shop.

MEN Distillery s.r.o. with its seat at Petra Bezruče 31, Hostouň,written in the commercial register kept at the regional court in Plzen, division C, insert 37 927 (hereinafter known as ´´the seller’’ or ‘’administrator’’) processes, in the meaning of the regulation of the European parliament and Council (ME) no. 2016/679 concerning the protection of physical persons in relation to processing personal details and the free movement of this data and concerning the cancellation of directive 95/46/ES (the general regulation concerning the protection of personal data) (hereinafter known as the “the Regulation”), the following personal details:

• • Name, surname
• • Email address
• • Telephone number
• • Address/seat

1. 1. The above mentioned personal data must be processed in order to send orders and fulfil other contractual requirements if a contract is entered into between you and the the seller. This processing of personal data is allowed by article 6 paragraph 1b of the Regulation – where processing is necessary to fulfil a contract.
2. 2. The seller also processes these data for the purpose of recording contracts and potential future use and protection of the rights and responsibilities of the contract parties. The storage and processing of personal data for the purpose listed above, is for a period of 10 years from the date of the fulfilment of the last part of the contract.,if other legal regulations do not require the storage of contract documents for a longer period. This type of processing is possible on the basis of article 6 paragraph 1(c and (f of the Regulation – where the processing is necessary to fulfill legal requirements and for the purpose of the authorised interests of the administrator.
3. 3. The purchaser may be sent new items or commercial notifications to their email or telephone number. This method is permitted under § 7 for. 3 of law no..480/2004 Coll., concerning the services of information companies, if they are not refused by the customer. This notification can be at any time and in any way cancelled – for instance by snding an email or clicking the link on a commercial notification – unregister.
4. 4. The processing of personal details is carried out by Libor Zbojan, the personal data administrator.
5. 5. Personal details will not be handed over to third countries outside the EU.
6. 6. The Administrator does not have a so called entrusted person. The Admiinstrator can be contacted at the shop@hombresgin.com email address.
7. 7. The personal data administrator, as the operator of the www.hombresgin.com web page, uses cookie files on this web page, which are used there for the purpose of:

• • If a visitor raises an objection to processing using technical cookies necessary for the operation of the web page, it is not possible in such cases to garauntee the total functionality and compatibility of the web pages.

1. 8. Please note that, in accordance with the Regulation, you have the right:

• • To cancel the sending of commercial notfications at any time,
• • Raise objections to processing on the basis of the justifed interests of the processor
• • Request information from us as to how we process your personal data
• • Request access to these data from us and allow their updating or alteration, or require limitations of their processing
• • Request that we delete these personal data. We will delete these data if it is not in conflict with valid legal regulations or the justified interests of the administrator
• • To the transferral of data, if it concerns its automated processing on the basis of agreement or in order to comply with a contract,
• • Request a copy of personal data processed,
• • To effective protection from the courts as a result of the processing of your personal details in contravention of this Regulation.
• • Make a complaint to the Office for personal data protection.
